MED I.D. X-RAY IDENTIFICATION USAGE

Below you will find a step by step process on how to use the Med I.D. X-Ray Identification system.

Step 1

Cut tape to desired length or use our convenient pre-cut 3-inch labels

Step 2

Write or type patient data on label. Use bold setting when typing information.

Step 3

Remove label from the easy release crack-and-peel backing paper.

Step 4

Adhere label to your personalized density filter.

Step 5

Place filter on outside of film cassette. Expose the film. Patient and practice data becomes a permanent, clear, high contrast image on your x-rays.
